PAYMENTS
Follow these three simple steps:
Step 1. Click “Buy” > go to “Checkout” > make “Payment” = Once item is in *stock it will ship!
Explanation of use: Once submitting your record via the “Add To Cart”, press the “Shopping Bag” in the menu or select the “Go To Checkout” option at your “Shopping Bag”, you will now go to the second step “Checkout”.

Step 2. Fill out all your *address details and add your payment option; Paypal, iDeal (Dutch buyers only) or Bank, select the “T&C” option link down below and press: “Place order”.
*If you would like to have your parcel send to another shipping address instead of the invoice address, please fill out the Shipping Address details as well (we can not be held responsible for any delay or lost parcels using this extra service)! *Please note: When paying manualy it’s very important to provide us your invoice number as a payment reference along with your Paypal/ CC or Bank transfer to ensure fast shipping!

Step 3. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with your purchasenumber and purchase details. Your order will be checked, processed and shipped by our staff as soon as possible and during normal 09.00-17.00cet workinghours/days (not during the weekends). We’ll always do our best to send orders the same day (unless if it’s *pre-orders), orders received after 17.00cet will be send the next workingday.

Tempo offers 4 payment options:
1. International Direct Bank Payment (No Cheques)!
How does this work: Once selected the Bank Deposit option press the “Place Order” button, you will now receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details/ Purchase number and our Bank details including your total amount. Transfer the total amount directly to our bank account:

Bankpayments must be received WITHIN 5 days after ordering, once we have received the total amount in our bankaccount you will receive the last confirmation e-mail with your trackingnumber and your order will be dispatched.

2. iDeal
Nederlands / Dutch only: iDEAL is een online betaalmiddel, waarmee consumenten kunnen betalen via hun eigen bank. Niet alleen webshops maar ook andere online organisaties buiten de e-commercemarkt bieden iDEAL aan. In een paar stappen is de betaling gedaan:
1. U kiest iDEAL als betaalmethode.
2. U selecteert uw bank.
3. U komt direct in het internetbankieren van uw bank en logt in op de voor u bekende manier.
4. De gegevens van uw betaling zijn al ingevuld en u keurt de betaling goed.

3. Paypal Payment
How does this work: Once selected the Paypal/Creditcard Transfer option, press the “Place Order” button, you will be directly guided to the Paypal website, log in at the righthand section including your Paypal e-mail address & password. Fill out all your personal details, the amount in Euro currency only and last fill out our Paypal address: temporec(@)gmail.com + add 2,5% to cover the Paypal/ CC fee and submit your order.
*Please note: ensure you include your name & Invoice/Purchase number with the given total amount (inc 2,5% Paypal fee) in Euro currency only! Once we have received the total amount in our Paypal account you will receive the last confirmation e-mail provided with your trackingnumber and your order will be dispatched.

How does this work: Once selected the Paypal/Creditcard Transfer option, press the “Place Order” button, you will be directly guided to the Paypal website, fill out all details on the lefthand side, add 2,5% on the given total amount to cover the creditcard fee and submit. *Please note: ensure you include your name & Invoice/Order number with the given total amount (inc 2,5% Paypal/CC fee) in Euro currency only along with your CC transfer! Once we have received the total amount in our Paypal/Creditcard account you will receive the last confirmation e-mail provided with your trackingnumber and your order will be dispatched.

DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
Yes, and the EU countries subject to VAT are: EU Countries!
All prices shown in the shop are ex 21% vat, this will be added in the final stage in the checkout cart. Countries outside the EU are not subject to 21% vat.

SHIPPING
All records are posted via 1. UPS (default) or 2. PostNL/TNT (optional) or any other shippingcompany and packed in high quality special record mailers with stiffeners (cardboards both sides) for added protection!

Shipping Cost & Shipping Services:
Free shippingcost to customers living in European Union (with the exception of customers who live in very distract small towns or islands) for orders ONLY ABOVE Euro 75!

We provide Shipping Services 1 and 2 As Default, wich means the shippingcost are automatically given when you provide your country in Step 1 at the Checkout stage.

Delivery
Dutch Parcels; normally within 1-2 working days.
European Parcels; normally within 2-8 working days (but officially may take up to 30 days).
International Parcels: Standard; normally within 10-15 working days (but officially may take up to 30 days).
Please note: your delivery address should be an address where someone can accept your parcel during office hours!!

Lost or damaged parcel
Due to foreign customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages! We can not guarantee delivery times as these are technically out of our control.
In case you did not receive your parcel after the given period of 30 working days we assume your parcel has been lost. In this case you are entitled on compensation on the cost of the product ex shippingcost, once we have notified our shippingcompany first. We will not give any cash refunds (you are entitled to order another record for the same price)!

The above policy is the same for any damaged parcels caused by the shippingcompany, therefor we give no refunds on shippingcosts (as this is technically beyond our control). All our parcels are send in special designed envelopes including stiffeners (papercardboards) on both sides to give the records the best protection. However we will always do our best to give you the best possible service so therefor please read our Terms & Conditions first!

Report lost or *damaged parcels
Please send us the following info: Name, Invoice/Orderno and correct shipping address details (as previously provided in the checkout and our order confirmation e-mail), damaged parcels need to be reported immediately after delivery!

RETURN POLICY
Step 1. Describe your complaint with full details (broken records or bended sleeves) or send us a digital photo of the damaged parcel/ record(s) via e-mail. Send us the following info: Name, Invoice/Orderno and correct address details:

Step 2. After receiving your e-mail with your complaint we will take this into account and notify our shippingcompany or deny your complaint. If your complaint has been approved by our shippingcompany you will be notified via e-mail. We will compensate the original sold product but not the shippingcost! If your original purchased product is out of stock you may select another product for the same original amount (ex shippingcost).
