Coming off the back of the critically acclaimed Trilogy project for Ingredients Records, producer DJ & visual artist, Alex Eveson aka Dead Man’s Chest, continues to explore his unique brand of tripped out junglist revivalism with the launch of his latest creative venture: Western Lore.
The Throwing Shades EP throws down a patchwork concoction of lazer tinged breaks, atmospheric rushes, soundclash recordings and crusty rave tape samples, deftly woven together in Dead Man’s Chest’s signature punch-drunk style.
The 3 track vinyl 12” is pressed on heavyweight (180g) black vinyl and housed in a full art reverse board sleeve featuring an original illustration by Eveson.
