Basement Phil set up Basement Records in 1989 from his record shop “The Record Basement”. Phil recorded as a solo artist and also produced projects with Jack Smooth and recently Shadow Cartel. Phil released under the names Basement Phil, Jack n Phil, Mystic Moods, Beatmen and Darkstar.
Here’s a real Tempo favourite and finally available for all the Drum ‘n Bass & Jungle headz so don’t sleep on this one, huge back in the day and still accurate nowadays (at least we think it is; timeless music)!
